Data from the latest NFDA Consumer Awareness and Preferences Survey suggests affordability and convenience are predicating factors amongst consumers shopping for funeral services.  Our patrons have expressed their preference for a more simplified means of final disposition and at Perry Cremation & Funeral Alternatives the demands of client families have not gone unheard. 

Our business model is unique to Southwest Virginia and the Tri-Cities area in that we provide off-site funerals or memorial services, graveside services and cremation services. Although we do not host public events at our facility, we are honored to facilitate visitations, funerals, memorials services or receptions at your church, or other venue, for either casketed or cremated remains. We also facilitate graveside services for either casketed or cremated remains. With our sustainable business model, we are able to reduce our overhead and consequently pass those savings along to client families.

Over the past decade, we have observed a shift within the death care industry toward more cost-effective options for final disposition with a special focus on cremation. Many residents of Southwest Virginia have chosen to age in place either due to familial ties or financial constraints. Others have retired to the area from the Northeastern United States in search of favorable property values and milder climates. We believe these consumers are in search of affordable burial and cremation options that can be obtained locally. At Perry Cremation & Funeral Alternatives, LLC we offer progressive cremation and burial options to meet the needs of our community. 

Alternatives- it’s in our name. We are here to assist you as you celebrate the life of your loved one. While we do offer traditional church funerals and graveside services, commemorative events might otherwise be held at a private residence, hotel or conference center, community center, country club, winery, park, or other scenic location.  A commemorative event might be as varied as the individual being honored.
